Pros

It is a creative place that works with large companies. People are exposed to working with companies like P&G. It's is a young atmosphere where young and enthusiast people can learn a lot ( but not get much recognition for your work). There is a lot of excitement around projects and it can be very rewarding. High pace, with fun travel and you get to attend some fun events. Like most companies, there are some great people and some not great people.

Cons

GGI does not promote work life balance. Most people there are underpaid, however they can do this because they are a sexy company. Morale was low and trust did not existed. Much time is spent on writing CYA emails. People will point figures in meetings every chance they get. Limited recognition is given. Fear is used as the major management tactics. They demand you put the company first all the time. And management makes fires which everyone needs to jump to put out (of course at 5:30 on a Friday).

Pros

Clients, benefits, compensation, culture, office environment, end of year bonus and profit share etc. But the best pro is the work, especially when it's work that makes a difference. I was recently with the Duracell PowerForward team that deployed to Puerto Rico shortly after Hurricane Maria and it was an honor to serve the residents of Puerto Rico.

Cons

It's a company that doesn't quit, no matter the ask, and with that hours can run long to get the job done for clients. As a reward, company offers ample time off (6 weeks) plus "Summer Friday" hours every Friday allowing an early start to the weekend for a bit of work / life balance.

Pros

Gigunda Group is a collection of interesting, creative, and passionate people who are driven to create jaw-dropping ideas and activations. Better still, they actually like and care about each other, which has a positive effect on the workplace atmosphere. The office is vibrant, fun, and inspiring. Gigunda's employees are driven to be the best they can be with each other and in their work. Good isn't good enough at Gigunda; everyone wants to find ways to do/be better. The company offers very competitive salaries along with truly incredible employee benefits (including 31 vacation days). Best of all, the company encourages employees to say what they think to improve programs, processes, and overall morale. This is easily the best company that I have ever worked for. People at Gigunda are most passionate about the disaster relief programs, and are attracted to like-minded companies and future employees. This is a group of people who want to be different and to make a difference... for the good.

Cons

Gigunda is moving to Portsmouth (which is actually a very good thing...the entire company will be in one building, on the Pease runway, ready to come to the rescue for future disaster relief). There has been some employment turnover associated with the transition which has caused some amount of stress to the remaining employees.
