Pros
Large stable company based in Greensboro, NC. Recently transitioned from Danaher Corporation owning it to Fortive - a smaller outfit but same business philosophy. Basis of the place is its Toyota Lean Manufacturing idea: eliminate waste to become more efficient. This is solid and time-tested.
Cons
Same Lean Business philosophy often means layoffs of senior employees. Take all the opportunity you can to learn products other than the one you currently work on, because odds are fair that your department will be reduced or eliminated. Pay is middling at best.
