Business outlook
Pros
Pay is good. Workers from other departments seem to like it. Free coffee and cafeteria on site. The whole building is air conditioned and the workers are nice. Good Southern attitude with people below director level.
Cons
Lots of micromanaging from director. They don't ask my boss before sending me on a task and then my boss gets frustrated. Lots of fast not well thought through changes from management. Always feel belittled from Director and VP. Everything is like being talked down to. Constant questions as if I don't even know the basics of my job. Director is a bus driver.
