Because of toxic work environment no one stays so it’s recession free company as people themselves leave for better mental health and well being.
Cons
A very toxic environment, there will be no support from cross functional teams and managers only promote and encourage bootlickers. No discussions on strategies but only on personal life. Mental harassment especially for women who do not drink and dine with managers. Very political and no one on leadership team takes any action on bullying, harassment and humiliation. HR and POSH team does not consider mental harassment as an harassment, no regards for mental health. If you want to have a work life balance then don’t join this company because they make you work on your week offs and sick leaves too.
