      Pros

      As a technical person, I always judgement through technical analysis. I am really proud to be part of Gildan. Here lot of opportunities have, to learn and apply in the physical field. Gildan is a factory where I am getting total engineering solution. I am also happy to get extended nice team, my mentor/boss to give me chance to work everywhere with freedom.

      Cons

      I didn't find anything's, which can be obstacle to do any work, but I have found one minor gap in project execution department to department communication, for that reason design is changing few times and some work happening in twice but this percentage (%) very less.

      Pros

      The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

      Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
