Pros

No incentives really but you can work two days a week from home and the away days are interesting.

Cons

-Young team, meaning there are no expertise or experts so you really dont have anyone to learn from. - They clearly have cash flow issues, salaries would be paid late, office supplies are limited they dont even have Adobe. -Have solicitors with titles but they have very little knowedge to back up the title, mainly because the partners are also so inexperienced. -Low salaries across the board -There is not enough work, targets are all about recording 5 hours a days but there is insufficient work. -No training or support -There is literally no infastructre in place, valuables go missing original documentation is lost. they waste so much time becuase they are in the dark ages when it comes to using technology. There is no accounts team. -old damp and dark dreary office -bullying culture

Pros

Cases and clients are very interesting, good exposure to interesting work.

Cons

There was a general lack of support amongst some partners. Time recording was the main focus of the role from the get go as opposed to building up to chargeable hours. Really liked the clients and the cases themselves but did not enjoy internal dynamics. Takes on a very traditional approach of shouting/ berating which won't help with their high turnover of paralegals.
