Coworkers are happy to help out in departments to ensure the jobs are done and deadlines are met. Management is lenient when you need time off for an appointment or personal matters to tend to. You are basically left to do your job... You are not micromanaged.
You are given a task and you run with it. You are encouraged to cross train on different positions which enhances your skillset and future.
Cons
If you need consistent supervison, direction... To be micromanaged. This is not the place for you. This company is not top heavy and management is always willing to work along side you and not just delegate from the corner office.
