      The nature of the work is very multi-tasking oriented : opportunities to develop one's competencies on several levels (project management, contract management, writing of tender offers, finance management)

      Cons

      - No formal training - Extremely low pay - The workload is incredibly heavy - Working conditions are not great (outside of Paris, old office space, old work tools) - Anachronistic work space and tools
