We take great care to ensure a strong work life balance for our team, and focus a great deal of time and resource in ensuring individual workloads are manageable and supported during peak periods.
We have reviewed our Toggl time management data for January 2024 and cannot see more than 5 hours logged of overtime across the whole team. This is being addressed directly with those individuals affected to ensure they have the support they need on accounts. We do not ask, expect, or encourage team members to work out of hours, so if this is happening we need to address it straight away. It is difficult to do this if the query is raised anonymously and not brought to our direct attention, or logged inaccurately on our internal time tracking software.
Our benefits package is reviewed regularly and comparable to other businesses in our industry. Flexibility has always been at our core. We put an emphasis on work-life balance for all through flexi-working patterns and work-from-anywhere schemes. As you will know, we regularly take onboard team feedback via anonymous surveys and offer enhanced / accelerated benefits that are directly linked to productivity, loyalty, and personal aspirations.
