Pros
The senior management allow foreigners to manage foreign teachers, so there are fewer cultural issues and misunderstandings compared to other companies. Pay has always been on time and in full, and the atmosphere among the staff is friendly and energetic. Company is still relatively small with four campuses in Shanghai, but well run and with lots of opportunity for progression.
Cons
Sometimes the focus is less on education and more on appeasing customers. No terms or semesters - school is open year round so no long summer or winter breaks. Working Saturday and Sunday is a must (but also very common in the industry).
