Pros
Inspiring environment, working towards a shared mission and goal, everyone is so helpful and eager. I was compensated well and happy with my workload consistently.
Cons
International division was shut due to covid - the UK Govt had a way of continuing to support UK staff financially, but GWC chose to not go with that route which was really disappointing, but such is life sometimes!
