Decent insurance. Coworkers are generally great! Great experience for those starting out, but if you’re a seasoned professional, stay away.
Cons
This company protects under performing people. When the high performers speak up, they are the issue. The company also expects a person to do 3 jobs but won’t compensate them for it. There is also a disconnect between management and the people on the floor. This place is profits before people.
