Pros
The Regional Supply Chain deparment is new for the company, who has a long long history. It has been very exciting starting our department literally from scratch. Most everyone involved with the implemenatation has been on-board, which has made the transition for the company a very financially-rewarding change for the company.
Cons
I wish there were more opportunities for movement around within the company. It seems to me that once you get into a specific department, it is difficult to move around to get more experience in other areas of the company.
