Pros
It's really a great group of people, and an overall fun environment to work in. Everyone is pretty passionate about what they do and interested in helping colleagues succeed. A considerable number of people have been with the company for a long time (15+ y ears) - a testament to the overall positive vibe of the place.
Cons
The work can get repetitive after a while, as there seems to be a lot of overlap across projects. This is an effect of the industry overall though, and not a downside to Givaudan specifically.
