During the interview process no key deliverables were outlined, My initiative in new projects was never discussed. I was asked to review the quality of the brief process and uplift the maturity of as-is business processes. Management lacks transparency professionalism and integrity. The environment is toxic, extremely change averse, non-commercial minded and outdated with unproductive siloed ways of working , non-existent change management.

The company invests heavily in systems that facilitate the needed work and the company itself is well established and is strong in the industry.

Cons

Leadership culture feels highly political, with too much focus on hierarchy and personal advancement rather than supporting teams. Employees in junior and mid-level roles often feel overlooked and undervalued. There is strong pressure to deliver numbers, but limited attention given to employee wellbeing, fairness, or ethical decision-making. This creates a stressful and toxic work environment with low morale.
