      Pros

      Gladly is the first company that I have felt truly safe, supported, and celebrated to be my authentic self. Our leaders actually uphold our values and have shown time and time again that they care for the people that work for them as individuals. We are given the tools and autonomy to drive our own projects, and are encouraged to challenge the status quo or raise red flags when something doesn't feel right. I genuinely can't believe I am so lucky to have found a company like this.

      - Mission-driven company solving a real customer need - Smart, capable teams who care about the work - Strong product-market fit and happy customers - Incredible customer list - Lots of opportunity to take ownership and drive impact - New CEO is leading the company in the right direction

      - Strategic direction from leadership is still too vague, though it’s trending in the right direction - Too many competing priorities dilute focus and stretch teams thin - Decision-making can be slow and overly consensus-driven, which drags down execution speed - No 401k match

      Smart people, currently iterating product fast

      Cons

      Poor leadership, very self serving, they only want to promote themselves and only care about optics they do not care about output but only input to make it look like youre doing busy work even though it does not relate to impact
