Pros
- A fairly progressive company that wants to do right by its employees - Options for some flexible/remote working - You’re never stuck for things to do and there’s plenty of variety - Willing to back their team against difficult clients - Regular pay rises (to a point) - A decent first role if you’re looking to get to grips with digital marketing
Cons
- Not really any room for progression when you reach a certain point, pay also stagnates. Staff often move on to bigger things with other companies. - Client range can be underwhelming and not many exciting businesses came through the door - Communication between departments and staff was lacking (especially during pandemic) - Requests/actions made during performance reviews usually equated to nothing - Some departmental bias where one set of priorities would be put before others
