      Pros

      Education & work experience are not important, Even if you don't have any CS knowledge. Senior engineers have enough skills and knowledge that they can teach you how to be a engineer.

      Cons

      Need to bring your own laptop. Windows laptop can't be used. Most of project are missing instructions or have old instructions without renewing.

      lots of tasks to work on.

      Cons

      They are not going to spend time teaching you. They just assume you can do it on your own. And if you ask questions, they just ask you to use GPT to find the answers.

      Impatience, arrogant, treat employee like nothing. Any job is better than working for GliaCloud.
