The development team is great and creative.
Cons
Management only gets along with their buddies that stay out all night drinking and going to strip clubs. Everyone shouldn't have to work weekends to meet your company numbers. Some developers are paid hourly while the rest of us are salary and don't get any extra pay for the extra time.
