Unhealthy culture and poor leadership accountability - Anonymous employee Global Advisor Group Employee Review

My experience at Global Advisor Group was disappointing because of how employees were treated and the overall work environment. Communication and expectations often felt unclear or inconsistent, and I experienced what I would describe as unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. The culture did not feel psychologically safe, and there was little sense of accountability at the leadership level when concerns were raised. If you’re considering this company, I recommend asking very specific questions during the interview process about management style, HR support, turnover, and how feedback/concerns are handled.
