Exponential learning growth. Better pay as compared to Market standards. Globalapps is growing and everything you get to build here from scratch, so it is an ocean of opportunities. Open door policy & I have been working with Globalapps from last 3.5 years and the growth in terms of everything I get is at exponential rate. I have got an opportunity to deliver 5 projects in my tenure till now which one cannot get anywhere else.
