Location in center city, super discounted gym membership at the Bellevue. Coworkers on the same pay level are cool. SOME of administration is as well.

The pay is way too low for the workload given. Way too Low. It equates to like $400 a week. They refuse to implement social media to its ill capacity. They are cold calling hospitals that have service with companies that provide iPads. Yet they don't even provide video translation at all. Light years behind the competition. CEO is never there and when he does come in he walks back and forth talking loud and pretending to do important things then calls a meeting to discuss that we aren't working hard enough so therefore the company is in he negative in cash flow. Or runs around hanging up pictures before important people visit so he can pretend he works hard. His ex wife is one of the trainers and he treats her like crap in front of everyone. Also he announces that he's the manager of the company and also her ex husband (in the same breath) to people that VISIT for medical training. He runs two companies out of the same office but you'll only hear one 90% of the time. Also mentions many stereotypes and mentions Donald Trump's name waaaay too often even in emails! He forgets people's names and the company is very very small. Like 10 people on staff. All of the department managers work remotely from Portland, the U.K. and outer PA and it's not hard to imagine why they do. They wouldn't fit in the office and nor would the egos and personalities. The Ceos put a name placard at the top of the table for all meetings. Just in case we forget his name. Can't pay attention, he answers his phones during company meetings and has full conversations. Will call you to his office to tell you an hour story that means nothing to business but get mad if you're not tied to your desk otherwise. It's a circus. And could be fixed with proper leadership and proper technology implementation.
