Cons
Sketchy business model. Ancient technologies. Heroes burn out and leave. Silos share no information for fear of being replaced. Competing projects inside company. If one keeps making costly mistakes often not fired maybe moved to another team or even country. Some projects are planned for years to make high management busy but nothing more than meeting costs ever comes out. Current economic situation promises worse understaffing which reverberates in burnouts and half done work with little time for quality reporting, training and planning. Teams might turn against each other to fight for scare resources.
