Ownership - If you like to work in a totally micromanaged, semi-hostile environment where you are consistently set up to fail - you'll do great. Also, if you are a male sales minded individual that's willing to forgo anything and everything you think you know about sales and marketing to conform to the owners ideals and theories - you'll also do great. However, if you are female, intelligent and always looking for ways to improve processes - you will be drained of your talent, underpaid and under appreciated. All while being tricked into thinking you're truly a part of the team and of value to the company.
