It is one fantastic place to start a career. You go through the same training as all Xerox Reps. You can run your own business straight out of college. It is an amazing amount of responsibility. You literally control the accounts within your zip-codes. You can sell the full line of Xerox solutions and answer to one manager.

It is a small company. People have to quit or resign for you to be promoted. There is high turnover and high stress. Not many people straight out of college can cut it. You need to be disciplined and have a quick mind to learn all of the ins and outs of the business. Leasing, the technology, server environments, internal buying processes of your customers. The list could go on forever. As long as you learn fast and are willing to study you will be fine.
