Threatening and unsupportive company - Sales Representative Global Exchange Group Employee Review

The management are unorganised, threatening and unsupportive. They only appear once a week in the actual kiosks and come to criticise and repeat threats including the loss of your bonus. You have to sit there for 12 hours and are not allowed to use the internet even for things like reading etc. They ignore errors in pay and underpay for the overtime despite the contract stating that you will receive an increased rate. The overall team morale is awful and there is no room for progression.
