The aircraft deicing product line is very interesting and challenging. The non-senior people that work there are kind and hardworking.

Resource planning and production planning do not exist beyond a few days. As a result inventory levels appear to be very large for a company of its size with the correct parts always being expedited. Employees and vendors are treated as a necessary evils instead of partners or team members. Responsibility is given to employees and then trumped by critical micro-management. There is no reward or recognition from senior management for a good job or for putting in extra time. It is just expected continuously. Reviews do not include all the accomplishments and focus only on many perceived negatives. Rumors become fact with no search for the truth to verify them. Employee turnover is large.

A good product set at a price point that makes them an evaluated supplier for this kind of capital equipment.

What an organizational mess....no sense of teamwork! Often called in to work weekends....Sundays too! Expected to monitor and respond to e-mails over the weekends, and take calls as well.
