Pros

High degree of support from management - I joined as head customer support and after a year I requested management to move me to sales. CEO helped me to pursue my dreams & allowed me to do what I like. This shows that how great the management is. Many joined in technical team later became functional analysts. Kind hearted CEO - Huge respect for him. He is always there whenever you need. You can walk to him anytime. High energetic team - I made life time friends here. We all were from different departments but still share a strong bond of trust. Learning - Best place to learn specially for freshers. Fun at work - Can you believe that we used to play Uno during lunch or snacks time and sometimes our CEO pass by cafeteria but he never stopped us. CEO got a big heart and he deserves a salute. Evening snacks & CCD coffee Culture - I was not just a workplace, it was a family. It more than that and that's the reason I am writing the review 2 years after leaving the company.

Cons

A bit of salary delays towards the end of my tenure. Not sure about current status. Still one gets a solution if walks to the Management.

Pros

- Remote work and work-life balance - Salary was good for an internship

Cons

- The company is owned by a family and the family members are at the leading positions, so there is nothing actually democratic in the company. HR is just for talent acquisition and does not solve any other purpose. - Did not give an option on joining date, HR just asked to join the next day of the interview (remote role). I think this speaks something about the culture. - There was no real training for the job and without that it was just assumed that an intern would deliver like a tenured full-time employee (unrealistic expectations, and more importantly no proper training) - Communication of leaders is not very respectful. I have seen many times with many other employees there is a vilification/blaming tone from the leaders, that too in group forums. In phone calls or 1:1 communication, this is common. - Many senior employees are shouted at by leaders in front of the whole team for some small mistakes. - One of the family members (leads a different team) once called me up on phone and shouted for a very petty thing. I don't think that was cool. In summary, I found the leadership behaviour toxic in many ways. And because it is a family business, there is no usual employee-HR-manager-leader dynamic. Though it was remote and provided somewhat of a work-life balance, I did not see it as my long-term workplace after my internship.
