      I loved working here until my manager became power struck and started to micro manage and glory hunt for brownie points with the MD.

      Cons

      The two female sales managers love themselves too much anyone who dosnt conform is constructively kicked out...hence a high turnover of sales staff.

      good work life balance and discretionary time off

      poor company moral and engagement. Everything is virtual, no in person events besides kick off meetings for the year
