Horrible, horrible, horrible ownership group who knows nothing about training. The board sits on their hands, does nothing to improve the product or culture at GK. They just continue to let this company be driven into the ground for the last 4 years. They keep bringing in the wrong people to run an industry that needs to be run a certain way, by people who actually understand it. Probably the worst C-Level combo ever, bar none. Check the resumes of the C Level to date, then check the Glassdoors from the companies they came from. They're the worst of the worst. Couldn't get ahead in companies that are becoming irrelevant so they wind up at GK. Extremely de-motivating, exhausting to work with/for and literally have no single iota of knowledge as to how to energize, motivate, and establish a positive culture in a workforce. Clear message given to all of their employees that they simply do not care. History of not being able to pay vendors Moving jobs to India Company went from a can do culture to an F/U culture Bottom line, unless you are living on the streets in a box do not get a job here. And do not leave your current job to come here. This is truly the worst company I have ever worked for. Including high school jobs. Lastly. the 5 out of 5 reviews are BS if they're from 2016 on.
