People are nice and interesting

the whole company was not managed well as I expected

The work itself was solid and provided good hands-on experience in warehouse operations, customer management, retail compliance, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team leadership. The day-to-day job was challenging in a productive way, and there were real opportunities to learn, solve problems, and build strong operational systems.

Senior management could be difficult to work with and often lacked professionalism in communication, decision-making, and employee support. The work environment sometimes felt unnecessarily stressful because of leadership style rather than the actual job duties.
