Pros
They acknowledge every Holiday with some type of treat, cup cake, cookies, raffles.... It is very nice.
Cons
Senior Leadership team does not engage employees. No communication on company direction or performance. Management in general is very disengaged no sense of team or belonging to something. Really should focus on branding, employee recognition and development and maybe change up the leadership team.
