Pros

Good knowledgeable consultants. Working here improves ones pressure handling & tact

Cons

Worst places to work for. Expect you to do twice your paygrade for half the money without any empathy. Mentality of the company is that of a mom & pop shop, whatever good youve done in the past is forgotten conveniently and pressure mounts one incident after another. Lots of institutionalisation its like the army - politics, gossip and micromanaging to the core. Use freeware mainly and complain about licensing costs ( which is a basic prerequisite that employees need not be reminded for ) Run to the hills - they expect you to log timesheets for every minute in a day. 3 catchup calls in a day.

Pros

Hands-On Experience with Modern Infrastructure Friendly and Supportive Culture Great Resume Builder Work-Life Balance If you value a supportive team culture, a manageable workload, and building high-scale professional project experience, a Global Payments internship is a fantastic stepping stone, especially for launching a career in FinTech or platform engineering.

Cons

Uncertainty Around Full-Time Pipeline Varying Tech Stacks by Team: Because the company encompasses many different product lines and acquired systems, your experience can vary wildly depending on the specific team you land on. Some teams work on cutting-edge, next-gen cloud platforms, while others are tasked with maintaining or upgrading older legacy architectures.
