Great people to work with. Being a growing company, there's a lot to learn.

The company needs more engineers.

I guess there are a couple of pros. There are a few decent individuals there and you can gain some experience.

Where do I begin? Management is totally incompetent and unwilling to listen to any suggestions. The managers and higher-ups are good at one thing; lying through their teeth. The environment is one of the nastiest political environments I've ever seen; people are constantly trying to protect their favorites any way possible. Pay is lousy for what they expect of people, they're not willing to ensure a good or productive work environment in any way whatsoever, and my goodness do they enjoy pinching pennies.
