Sales is getting to be a worse and worse place to work. The company regularly doesn't pay out commissions or docks commissions after the fact for no reason. Sales management if you can call it that has been a clown car of rotating "next big savior" managers only to see them fired abruptly. Then the cycle starts again. The company has also been investing in a messaging platform for 15 years that the market doesnt want. Really dated software and tech stach.
