They did pay on time. The rate was decent.

The recruiter position was part time and to supplement I was working a dispatch position full time. I would have a less than 8 hour turn around between job functions and wouldn't get paid for them. Overtime was always prevalent due to poor hiring and management favoritism. The same people would constantly call off and bully other employees. Management constantly notified and nothing was done. Management would constantly steal my work and pass off the idea as theirs before dismissing my work. Then I see my work copied but their fields and Margo and I had fixed messed up. They said they were an open to anyone, but continually made discrimination against some potential good new hires. The main office staff were all the same ethnic decent and they all stuck together. The other 2 office staff that were not of the same ethnic decent including myself were constantly looked down on and all of their work criticized. They never had to go above and beyond and the bare minimum was okay for anyone of that ethnic background.
