If your SIA, be prepared for stewards wages, and don’t complain or they will sack you and also prevent you from working with other companies. Colleague was threatened by supervisor but when complained nothing was done and colleague was sacked! Have to find own transport, meals and even water while on 15 hr shifts! CEO aware of all this but turns blind eye!

Wasn't a problem in my case but others said they occasionally struggled to get enough shifts if this was they're full time job, ability to get lots of shifts is also seasonal. Best as part-time work alongside a degree for example.
