      Pros

      - Good team and community-feel. They care about your day to day work life. - Nice work-life balance, they value taking breaks and resting out of hours.

      Cons

      They increase responsibilities and work volume without increasing pay, often requiring you to do double the work because they don't want to hire more people for the [content] team. Would be fine to make me do double the work if they gave me a pay grade to reflect that. Has made me feel a sense of injustice and devalued as a member who's been working there for over 2 years.

      Pros

      I love the location of the office, it's very accessible by TTC. The company also offers great health benefits and performance reviews are encouraged every bi-yearly or yearly.

      Have not experienced any negatives yet.

      Pros

      Professional environment with good facilities. Employees were asked to WFH when the pandemic hit. Still growing as a company, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      -No work-life balance -No process established. This needs work. -Some people in management need interpersonal skills (finance, sales) -Need better managers
