      Pros

      - Exciting to be working for a innovative company at the front edge of the booming CBD market with a wide range of high quality CBD products. Our products are everywhere and growing. This is the train to be on in 2021! - Unbelievable growth: the company has never stopped growing since I started and is constantly hiring talented employees so we can grow faster. - Great pay, with 401K, and good benefits that are constantly getting better. - Laid back atmosphere but performance-driven work culture. We all work hard towards the common goal. - In-house Compliance department at the forefront of all the new and upcoming laws that will affect all CBD players. - Company takes COVID-19 safety and compliance protocols seriously (important!) - New products and new brands always coming out (exciting) - The future of the company couldn't be brighter.

      Cons

      - Company's incredible growth has divided the company among several buildings, at different locations. Not really a con, but it is difficult to interact with everyone within the company, face to face. - The 5pm rush home can be tricky to navigate. But that's anywhere in Tampa at that time. - No gym, stretch/yoga room or showers. So no on-site working out. That's about it. Pros overwhelmingly outweigh Cons.

      Pay its decent i guess Some nice coworkers

      Cons

      - Change of schedules frequently without enough previous notice - The AC has been broken for I dont know how long now and they wont fix it, so you’re standing next to the boiling pots for 10 hours sweating so much that it makes you wanna puke / pass out. - They wont let you sit even if there is no work to be done or you have to wait for something to be cooked that takes 1-2 hours. Just standing there in the heat. - So much favoritism, friends of the higher roles take breaks of 45-50 minutes with no issues but if you take 1 more minute of your break they are on YOUR BACK. - Some coworkers will treat you badly, tell you to follow “rules” when they themselves dont follow them. They scream, treat others badly, leave early, arrive late, take longer breaks, dont weak the security mask properly. - They make you feel inferior all the time just because they been working there for longer even if you are more capable or know more. Wouldnt recommend this place to nobody, I felt out of place and uncomfortable the entire time.
