Friendly laid back team members. And Fridays at Jaime's (The Pub), is really fun
Cons
One of the worst competitive, driven atmosphere with unrealistic targets to be made. It's all about money, money money, and its done in such a distasteful way. Barely experienced managers, very bad employers with little to know experience. Constant yelling at staff to work harder to make money. Not the environment a recent graduate should be in as it is extremely sad and negative.
