      Work Life Balance is good , Friendly environment with not that much Stress, good place to start a career in Market research.

      Cons

      Learning opportunity is limited. Pay is below Industry standards, Appraisals are told based on performance, but performance has a very little impact on the hike, moreover hike is minimum.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
