PDM is fun and friendly environment with ample opportunity for those who work hard, driven and willing to go that extra mile to add value to the business.
Cons
Those expecting an easy ride or coasting will not be rewarded, which can lead to some demotivation amongst staff. Too much politics between brands and a lack of investment in products within the company leads to a feeling of Groundhog Day.
