      Pros

      Office location is nice I guess.

      Cons

      Poor pay. No annual salary review, whatever your contract says. Zero benefits or perks. There's also a high chance your job role will be outsourced to India and HR will be reluctant to follow any proper procedure when making you redundant.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
