      Pros

      Great commission structure with opportunities to make a lot of money. If you're willing to put in the work then the rewards are there.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to make an impact straight away. When times are bad, they are very bad. Be prepared for extremely long hours and a lot of hard work.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
