Absolutely poor mismanagement of projects and staff Any social events that used to happen are now non existent Extreme totalitarianism within management, be prepared to get asked to run a project you are not trained or payed for Favouritism within the zero hours contract, if management don’t like you even just a bit you will no longer be called in for work
