I formed amazing relationships with my coworkers I worked directly with and I feel I could count of them for anything. The company offers pizza parties whenever partners come (every 6 months)

You are paid less than half market rate You are overworked You will not be valued You will not feel safe The insurance is awful and not worth due to how little pay is There are no vacation pay days There are no sick days You must work in office in a building that is not connected to public transport You are not allowed to spend too much time in non working areas You will be reminded how inferior you are to uppermanagment everyday Upper management will lie to your face Upper management will hold grudges against you for small things (ex: not holding a door open for someone you did not see) Upper management will try to silence you if you mention any problems with Upper management Upper management will find any legal way to make your life worse to save money You can be fired for no warning, write up, or notice
