Pros
There is a phenomenal culture here at GlobalSubmit. Not only do you feel part of a team, but also part of an extended family. We go through great lengths in our hiring process to make sure that each and every employee is selected with great care to utilize their skills and strengths while also making sure that they mesh well with the existing employee base that we already have. I personally love the "think tank" atmosphere that the management encourages here. From an employee standpoint, the understanding and implementation of my ideas and suggestions make me feel like a true contributor in the constant grow of the company.
Cons
I am honestly in love with my position here at GlobalSubmit. I cannot list off any cons that automatically come to mind. We all face our challenges on certain days, but I think that's part of the personal, professional, and work-place environmental growth that makes GlobalSubmit such a wonderful place to be and call my second home.
