Pros
There are really some great people here. Overall people want to work together to reach a common goal
Cons
HR is hamstrung by their senior leadership. Some members of human resources are wonderful, but they are held back by ineptitude in their leadership. Executive leadership is under the notion that they cannot pass a certain arbitrary percentage of revenue spend or it will damage the company's overall value. This is causing us to miss opportunities for improvements and advancement in IT and business initiatives.
