      Great company to work for. Have been here for 12+ years. Great growth opportunity if you put in the work. Employer sponsored pension plan - can't beat that.

      Cons

      The company itself is a little behind on the times, but it is slowly modernizing its operations.

      Pros

      I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

      Cons

      Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
