Pros

Very nice people work there, nice facility, and the hours of work were good.

Cons

They get you in with a teaser rate of around $12.00 and hour as a phone rep, but that is only for 3 months. After the 3 months it is per piece which avg to 120 contacts per day just to maintain $12/hr. So it is possible to go from $12 to $8/hr or lower. Too maintain this average it is impossible to provide the customer with a high level of customer service as you quickly learn you have to rush them off the phone as quickly as possible. This leads to minimum satisfaction for the customer and a headache for reps as they keep calling back more frustrated than before. I was really good at getting them off the phone quickly, but it takes a toll on you personally. I would have loved to genuinely have helped their customers, but the way you make your numbers prevent it. Also beware that your trainer or manager will be unavailable many times leading to higher call times if you ever need assistance.
